Product Images

This is a diagram of the BMW 320i vehicle product configuration. The Φ89 in-pipe configuration and the main silencer electronic variable motor go to the left and right, and the Φ90 single carbon tip is applied.

The photo above is the genuine exhaust layout. It is 2000CC 4-cylinder engine so the exhaust line consists of a single line, and the horizontally arranged main silencer is equipped with an electronic variable motor on one side. You might see the one on the right on the photo above. Since the valve is set to automatically open and close based on 4,000rpm, exhaust gas is discharged only from the back of the driver's seat(on the left side on the photo above) when it is closed, so only one side of the smoke will come out in winter. And in this situation, even if the variable valve is forcibly opened, the sound is not very loud.

It has the same structure as the original exhaust system layout, It is a method to cut after the middle silencer and fasten it with a band clamp. It has a structure in which the exhaust gas comes out from both sides even when the left and right electronic variable valves are opened and closed. The Brillante Press logo and tuning certification patch are affixed to the center of the silencer.

The tip is a shot with a Φ90 carbon tip. You can see the Brillante logo printed on silk at the bottom.

A bracket is attached so that the vibrating weight attached to the original exhaust system can be transplanted as it is.

The electronic variable module installed in this product is a certified product that has completed KC radio certification in South Korea and is located at the bottom of the trunk. The power is supplied through the trunk fuse and installed so that when the vehicle power is cut off, the module power is also cut off in conjunction with the ACC.
