Since our brand launch, we have been able to offer exceptionally low pricing through a special promotional agreement with the STOLZ factory CEO to increase global brand awareness.

However, starting in 2026, the factory has transitioned to a Unified Global Retail Pricing policy. We are now supplied at the same wholesale rates as all other international distributors. To maintain our high standards of quality and continue offering premium services—including our Free Global Shipping—a price adjustment was inevitable.

Shipping Information

We ship exclusively with FedEx. For international shipments, the buyer is responsible for all taxes, duties, and import fees charged by the buyer's government. Please contact your local customs office for more information.

Expedited Shipping:	Takes 2 - 3 business days depending on countries / Please allow up to 5 business days for your order to be shipped out
Exception:	Some island countries such as Mauritius, Seychelles, etc., are needed additional shipping cost. Please contact us before you order

Return Policies

At PartsCombined, we always want you to be pleased with every purchase you make with us. We accept returns for exchange, replacement, refund and store credit. Please read below for details on how to return your purchase.

1. Exchanges

If you decide you would like to exchange the product (different from the description, etc.) please get in touch with us within 30 days for a return authorization number. After 30 days, all sales are final.

• The item must be in the same condition as it was received
• Please include payment for shipping the second product

2. Returns

If you decide you do not want the product you receive, you have 30 days to contact us for a return authorization number. After 30 days, all sales are final.

• Original shipping charges are non-refundable
• The item must be in the same condition as it was received
• The return is subject to a 15% restocking fee
• Please include a note in the return package describing the reason for the return

3. Damaged Shipment

If your item was damaged in transit, please get in touch with us immediately, and we will file a claim on your behalf with FedEx. Once FedEx has approved the claim, we will ship out a replacement item, or issue a full refund. Please do not file a claim with FedEx, as this will only delay the claims approval process. And you had better leave several angles of photo shoots of the package.

4. Incorrect Item Received

We want to be a longtime eBay seller with a 100% approval rating, PARTSCOMBINED gets it right. We strive to complete every transaction 100% correctly. However, errors do occur. If you have received an item you did not purchase, please contact us immediately to help us resolve the problem. A few options are available when this situation occurs, so please contact us, and we will issue a full refund and/or get the correct product to you as soon as possible.
