Warranty:
- We offer a 100% exchange for any cracks or leaks.
- However, vibrations are considered normal wear and tear from use and can usually be fixed locally.

Shipping Information
We ship exclusively with FedEx. For the international shipments, the buyer is responsible for all taxes, duties, and import fees charged by the buyer's government. Please contact your local customs office for more information.

Return Policies
At PartsCombined, we always want you to be pleased with every purchase you make with us. We accept returns for exchange, replacement, refund and store credit. Please read below for details on how to return your purchase.
1. Exchanges
If you decide you would like to exchange the product (different from the description, etc.) please contact us within 30 days for a return authorization number. After 30 days, all sales are final.
- The item must be in the same condition as it was received
- Please include payment for shipping the second product
2. Returns
If you decide you do not want the product you receive, you have 30 days to contact us for a return authorization number. After 30 days, all sales are final.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
- The item must be in the same condition as it was received
- The return is subject to a 15% restocking fee
- Please include a note in the return package describing the reason for the return
3. Damaged Shipment
If your item was damaged in transit, please contact us immediately, and we will file a claim on your behalf with FedEx. Once the claim has been approved by FedEx, we will ship out a replacement item, or issue a full refund. Please do not file a claim with FedEx, as this will only delay the claims approval process. And you had better leave several angles of photo shoots of the package.
4. Incorrect Item Received
We want to be a longtime eBay seller with a 100% approval rating, PartsCombined gets it right. We strive to complete every transaction 100% correctly. However, errors do occur. If you have received an item that you did not purchase, please contact us immediately to help us resolve the problem. There are a few options available when this situation occurs, so please get in touch with us, and we will issue a full refund and/or get the correct product to you as soon as possible.
