BIGFOOT CONTOUR Springs: Optimized Design for Superior Driving Balance
BIGFOOT CONTOUR Springs don't just chase high stiffness. While the front springs are rated at 6.9 Kg/mm (231% stiffer than stock) and the rear at 4.9 Kg/mm (90% stiffer than stock), making the rear stiffness seem lower purely by numbers, this is by design. Our springs are developed with a perfect match to the structure and characteristics of the dampers (shock absorbers).
This precise combination ensures overall driving balance that's exceptionally comfortable and pliable. Therefore, it's risky to judge the product's performance based solely on spring stiffness values.
While CONTOUR allows for more than 3 inches of lift, we recommend a lift of 3 inches or less to minimize contact issues caused by angle changes in links and CV joints.

- The factory said the ride is comfortable. CONTOUR suspension is designed for comfy cruising rather than hard sports driving
- The spring material is cold-drawn carbon steel designed explicitly for springs, known as PRE-TEMPERED CR-SI SPRING WIRE. Korean cold-drawn spring materials are of the highest global standard
- While most manufacturers manufacture up to 16mm thickness, we exclusively provide ultra-thick materials ranging from 17mm to 20mm
- The materials are substantial, and the machines required for shaping them are specialized and unique
- We also employ unique designs and processes to ensure the springs never go down
- Spring coating is a double coating of electrodeposition treatment followed by powder coating
- Shock absorbers are made of steel or aluminum, depending on the structure
- There are 21 levels of damping adjustment levels
- The height of both front and rear wheels is adjustable
- The adjustment range is 1 to 3 inches
- TELLURIDE (ON), which uses the original mount, does not come assembled because the mount is not included

2. Returns
We understand that your purchase may not always be the right fit. If you are unsatisfied, you may return your item within 30 days of receipt to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number. Returns requested after 30 days cannot be accepted
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- The item must be returned in the exact same condition as it was received.
- A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all returns.
- The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
- Please include a brief note in the return package specifying the reason for the return.
3. Damaged Shipment
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately. We will handle the FedEx claim process entirely on your behalf. Once the claim is approved by FedEx, we will promptly ship a replacement or issue a full refund. To avoid delaying the claim process, please DO NOT file a claim with FedEx yourself. Instead, we kindly ask that you take multiple clear photos of the damaged package and its contents from various angles and send them to us.
