You may notice these are not linear springs. In the case of the Carnival YP, the spring's outer diameter is quite large while the free length is short and the number of coils (turns) is limited. These physical constraints make a Linear Design impractical for performance. Instead, we utilize a Progressive (Variable Rate) Design. This allows the spring to remain compliant for a smooth ride during daily driving, while rapidly increasing resistance as the load increases to prevent bottoming out.

2. Returns
We understand that your purchase may not always be the right fit. If you are unsatisfied, you may return your item within 30 days of receipt to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number. Returns requested after 30 days cannot be accepted
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- The item must be returned in the exact same condition as it was received.
- A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all returns.

3. Damaged Shipment

Once the claim is approved by FedEx, we will promptly ship a replacement or issue a full refund. To avoid delaying the claim process, please DO NOT file a claim with FedEx yourself.
